When you create a new camera in Simmetri, a ViewPort is automatically created for it. Once created, you can switch between camera angles by selecting them in the ViewPort Panel. When you select a ViewPort, Simmetri assigns it as the Master Display's active viewport. We can find this property by finding the 'Master Display' in the Universe in the Browser Panel and displaying its properties:
If we want to do this programmatically, we just need to set the Master Display's active viewport property.
In the following example, when the user interacts (i.e. clicks) an object, we set the active ViewPort to a viewport named 'Camera 2 ViewPort' that lives in the Universe:
viewport = getUniverse():getLibrary():findObjectByName("Camera 2 ViewPort")
getUniverse():getMasterDisplay().activeViewPort = viewport
