2. Get NDI Tools: Free (requires sign-up)

3. Get VLC to Stream IN YouTube or Vimeo Video:
- VLC > Media > Open Network Stream > Network > Enter Network Stream URL
- Paste in YouTube or Vimeo video URL

4. Get VLC to Stream OUT via NDI
- VLC > Tools > Preferences > Video > Output > "NewTek NDI video output"

5. Create NDI "input texture" in Simmetri
- Browser > Right Click > Texture > New Input2DTexture
